Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect the information you give us when you ask for an estimate, fill out a form, or text us. If you're a homeowner asking for a roofing or home-service estimate, we share your request with a local licensed contractor so they can follow up. That's the whole point of the service, and we say so up front.
We don't sell your information to data brokers, we don't spam you, and you can ask us to delete your info anytime by texting (909) 968-9533 or emailing matthew@frontdeskaiteam.com.
Who we are
Front Desk AI ("we," "us") builds AI receptionists, instant-estimate tools, and lead systems for home-service businesses in Southern California and beyond. This policy covers frontdeskaiteam.com, the estimate tools and demo pages we operate, and the lead forms we run on platforms like Facebook and Instagram (Meta lead ads).
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, property address or city, and details about your project (for example roof size, system type, or what you need fixed) when you use an estimate tool, submit a form (including a Facebook or Instagram lead form), text us, or call us.
- Business information: if you're a business owner talking to us about our services, your company name, contact details, and what we discuss.
- Basic technical data: standard web logs from our hosting providers (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We don't run advertising trackers on our own site.
How we use it
- To give you the estimate or information you asked for.
- To connect you with a local licensed contractor who can do the work (see the next section).
- To respond to your messages and provide our services to business clients.
- To improve our tools and keep them working.
Who we share it with
Contractors, when you ask for work to be done. If you request an estimate or ask to be connected with a pro, we pass your contact details and project information to the contractor we match you with so they can follow up. We share with contractors we work with directly, never with data brokers or mass lead lists.
Service providers that run our plumbing. Form processing (Formspree), payments (Stripe), email (Zoho, Gmail), website hosting (GitHub Pages, Netlify), and Meta when you use a Facebook or Instagram lead form. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy, and Meta's data practices on their platforms are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Texts and calls
If you submit a form or text us, you're okay with us texting or calling you back about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop. We don't use your number for anything unrelated to what you asked about.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and client information while it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us (typically up to 24 months for leads that don't turn into work), then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights (including California)
You can ask us, anytime, to:
- Tell you what information we have about you.
- Correct it or delete it.
- Stop sharing it, including opting out of your details being passed to a contractor, which some state laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

Children
Our services are for adults: homeowners and business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes get a plain-English note here, not buried fine print.
